1. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase to request a refund.

For renewals, refunds are generally not provided, but we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis if you have not used the service during the renewal period.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credits will appear on your original method of payment.
